Naples, Fla. (November 5, 2018). Youth Haven has received its fourth consecutive 4-star rating from Charity Navigator, the most utilized evaluator of charities in the nation. This is the highest possible rating awarded by the organization, and highlights Youth Haven’s fiscal responsibility.
Youth Haven’s 4-star rating is a testament to its adherence to sector best practices and financial efficiency. Charity Navigator recognizes nonprofits that demonstrate strong financial health, and commitment to accountability and transparency. The rating also asserts Youth Haven exceeds industry standards, as only 15% of charities evaluated by Charity Navigator have received at least four 4-Star evaluations. Nearly 83 cents on the donated dollar is spent on Youth Haven’s many enrichment programs.
“We are honored that Youth Haven’s commitment to fiscal responsibility and transparency have again earned us a 4-star rating through Charity Navigator’s independent and unbiased review,” says Jinx Liggett, Youth Haven’s Executive Director. “We are grateful that this highest possible rating gives our donors a peace of mind in effective usage of their generous giving.”
