Child & Family
Counseling Center

Youth Haven’s licensed therapists begin the process of mending traumatized lives through traditional as well as cutting edge, innovative therapies.

Specialized therapies include certified Animal-assisted Therapy, and certified Play Therapy for young children.

The Counseling Center accepts Medicaid and is open to all members of the community.

Emergency Shelter

Browni’s Shelter is Southwest Florida's safe haven for young victims of abuse, neglect and/or abandonment needing immediate protection after being quickly removed from their homes for their own safety due to dangerous and/or neglectful crisis situations.

Children, both boys and girls age 6-17, are placed in our temporary care by the State through the Children’s Network of Southwest Florida until a more permanent placement can be found.

Homeless Teen & Transitional Living Program

The Homeless Teen and Transitional Living Program was established in late 2013. This is a ground-breaking, program in Collier County that addresses the issue of the community’s homeless and runaway teenage population, in a safe, compassionate and accepting environment. The program provides teen housing and comprehensive supportive services designed to break the cycle of homelessness and effectively address the needs of these adolescents during a critical moment in their lives.
